denial

i've been thinking.
to be in denial is to actually prevent oneself from actually becoming better.
by denying there's a problem, or something bothering you, the matter will just grow and boil inside of you till it consumes you. means that the exact opposite of what you want happens to you.

so it's time to stop denying myself.

i am fat.
