finally back home after weeks and weeks away.
and the first thing i did was to go weigh myself.
hahahaha....
ah well. i really did gain weight.
but first lets review the last recorded time i weighed myself.
the last recording done was just before the IVP, which means about 6 months ago.
then, my weight was 76 kg with a fat percentage of 21%.
that means i had about 16 kg worth of fat in me. and 60 kg non fat.
now my weight is 84kg with a fat percentage of 24%.
which means i have about 20kg worth of fat and 64 kg nonfat.
this means theoretically i have gained both muscle and fat. however i'm taking creatine now so the gains in nonfat is probably from water.
so i guess i'm not that far off from where i last tried really hard. just 4 kgs off. a kg a week shud do the trick. :)
