a poem

i'm sitting here,
in front of the comp,
late in the night,
thinking of a song.

a song i thought,
would reflect my life,
at this current moment,
at this current time.

i think and i think,
of a song that could fit,
but nothing comes close,
not a tiny bit.

so i load up my blog,
and think for awhile,
of the cute little dog,
and the text by its side.

i wonder one day,
if it ever came,
what would i say,
to a xiao mei mei.

would i spill the beans?
or just hint away?
or just maybe,
let her go astray?

sometimes i wish,
i could let it all out,
but there's too many things,
to worry about.

so i'll go back,
to thinking of a song,
and just hope,
that things go along.
