that i will do it.
but i think i'm not ready for it yet.
so i'm setting myself goals to meet before i even start entertaining cycles again.
and they are:
weight: 77kg
fat: 12%
bench: 100kg
squat: 180kg
deadlift: 180kg
and it must be mantained for 3 months.
only then will i do it.
